Cake decorator wanted in City of Bristol

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in City of Bristol, Virginia. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
