Ladle pourer wanted in Randolph County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Randolph County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
