Great opportunity: we are hiring a beldar in Buffalo County, Nebraska. You will work on a road and bridge project. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
