Join our team: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Yadkin County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Rotating shifts.
