Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Cheyenne County, Kansas. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
