Powder coating line operator wanted in Chisago County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Chisago County, Minnesota. The job is on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
