Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance On the job you will handle: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Six days a week, one day off.
