Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota. The job is at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
