On a typical shift you will set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
