Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Full-time, day shift.
