Paint booth operator • Pickett County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Pickett County, Tennessee. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
