Great opportunity: we are hiring a RCC mason in Bristol Bay Borough, Alaska. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet The role involves: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
