Urgent requirement: air conditioning service engineer (Alaska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska. Day-to-day duties: • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines Requirements: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
