Gang bricklayer wanted in Botetourt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Botetourt County, Virginia. You will be based on a busy housing site. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools The role involves: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge 6+ years on the tools preferred.
