Back-of-house cleaner — Ibarapa North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ibarapa North, Oyo State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
