Now hiring: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Kosciusko County, Indiana. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes The role involves control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
