Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre technician in De Soto Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies. You should have: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Six days a week, one day off.
