Toolroom milling operator • Allen County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Allen County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
