Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Tippah County, Mississippi. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
