Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Rhea County, Tennessee. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour.
