Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
