Injection moulding machine operator wanted in North Ayrshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in North Ayrshire, Scotland. The job is in a textile mill. Day to day you will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 4+ years on the tools preferred.
