Great opportunity: captain waiter (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Iron County, Michigan. The job is in a five-star hotel. On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
