What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Your main tasks: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
