Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Clay County, Kansas. You will be based at a cold storage facility. Day to day you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
