Catering cook wanted in Calvert County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Calvert County, Maryland. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
