Foundry operative wanted in Cottonwood County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry operative in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. The role involves assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
