We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Lincoln County, Kentucky. The job is at a high-rise construction project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Day to day you will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers.
