Stamping press operator wanted in Johnson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Johnson County, Kentucky. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
