Head butcher wanted in Fountain County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Fountain County, Indiana. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 2+ years on the tools preferred.
