We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in St. Helens, England. You will be based in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
