You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
