Vacancy available: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Lee County, Texas. You will work at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts Ideal candidate: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
