We are recruiting: we are hiring a glass cutter in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a double glazing firm. Day to day you will apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; replace cracked or broken window panes; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
