Prep cook wanted in Salem County

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Salem County, New Jersey. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
