Back-of-house cleaner — Leavenworth County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
