Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Jackson County, Michigan. The job is at an accident repair garage. What we are looking for: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Your main tasks: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
