Tandoor cook — Adams County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Adams County, Idaho. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards We offer $160 per day plus benefits.
