Join our team: we are hiring a furnace operator in Nkanu West, Enugu State. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection The role involves tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
