Meat cutter wanted in San Patricio County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in San Patricio County, Texas. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
