Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Crisp County, Georgia. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time with occasional weekends.
