The role involves cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Full-time with occasional weekends.
