HSE officer wanted in Tsafe

Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE officer in Tsafe, Zamfara State. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot The role involves: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Meals and transport allowance provided.
