We are recruiting: bakery assistant (Tennessee)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. You will work at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
