Split AC fitter • Allen Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Allen Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at an air conditioning service centre. Your main tasks: • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator What we are looking for: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Presentable and polite with customers on site At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
