Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Randolph County, Indiana. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
