Aluminium tig welder — Ward County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Ward County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
