Banksman • Eddy County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banksman in Eddy County, New Mexico. The job is at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
