We are recruiting: formwork carpenter (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. You will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
