Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Eddy County, North Dakota. The job is in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
